Please join us to learn more about your pelvic floor, including signs of dysfunction and when to see a specialist. Practice breathing to help with rib expansion, improving quality of breath, and connection to your deep abdominal muscles. Learn foundational core exercises to help with stabilization of the pelvis and extremities through functional movement in your daily life.
